1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian consent, to make purchases or bookings.
• If you create an account at checkout, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require service modification or rescheduling.
• We may require a card on file and/or a deposit to secure appointments.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should occur at least 24 hours in advance (unless otherwise stated during booking). Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee and/or loss of deposit.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for safety, health, or policy reasons.

3. WooCommerce Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Orders may be declined, canceled, or refunded if payment cannot be authorized, items are unavailable, or fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping, Local Pickup & Returns

• Shipping methods, fees, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary.
• Local pickup (if offered) requires valid order confirmation and ID.
• Returns/Exchanges: See our specific return policy on the product page or during checkout. Hygiene-sensitive and used/opened beauty products may be final sale.
• To initiate a return (if eligible), contact us with the order number and reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
• Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
• We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

7. Service Expectations & Results

• Beauty results can vary by individual hair/skin/nail condition and aftercare. We provide professional recommendations but cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every client.
• Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent treatments. We are not responsible for adverse reactions when information is withheld or aftercare guidance is not followed.
• We may decline or adjust services if we believe a result is unrealistic or unsafe.

8. Health & Safety

• We maintain sanitation standards and use professional-grade products. If you experience discomfort, notify your stylist immediately.
• Do not bring hazardous items into the salon. We may ask disruptive or unsafe guests to leave.

9. Intellectual Property

• All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions) is owned by or licensed to DC Hair & Beauty and protected by applicable laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.

10. User Conduct

• You agree not to misuse the website or services, interfere with security features, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in service refusal and legal action.
